Appointments

We schedule patients by appointment in our office. If you have a scheduled appointment that you are unable to keep, please notify our office as soon as possible so that we may offer that time to another patient in need.

Insurance

We accept most major health insurance plans. If you would like to confirm that we take yours, please contact our office at (607) 417-0500.

We also gladly accept self-pay patients as well.

Financial

When you come to our office, please be prepared to pay for any co-payments, deductibles or non-covered items at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards.

Patient Registration

For the convenience of our patients, we offer secure, online patient registration. Registering ahead of time saves time spent in the waiting room. In order to register online, you will first need to speak with our office to schedule an appointment. Our receptionist will send you a secure link to our patient portal and, from there, you'll be able to complete your registration.
